Job summary

Marketfully is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote engagement. You will audit, optimize, and document CRM and connected revenue systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.

The role emphasizes governance across billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations, with a focus on operational excellence. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on CRM experience, proven implementation and rollout leadership, and strong SQL/API

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
