Formación

• 4+ years of senior BPO sales management experience.
• Strong operational background — reporting, process design, performance tracking.
• Must have worked remotely with US-based companies (non-negotiable).
• American accent and polished communication skills (non-negotiable).
• Proven ability to manage up — framing asks and updates in terms of business impact.
• Comfortable with direct, sometimes difficult performance conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full performance cycle — onboarding and coaching to PIPs and managing out.
• Build and iterate on sales playbooks that balance structure with rep judgment.
• Track and analyze team metrics to identify systemic versus individual performance issues.
• Manage day-to-day operations including CRM, reporting, and process optimization.
• Proactively communicate updates, blockers, and business cases to leadership.
• Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
