Hire Hangar is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our remote, globally distributed team. You’ll plan multi-channel campaigns, keep social channels on-brand, and manage a 30-day content calendar to drive revenue and user growth.

As part of the marketing squad, you’ll design graphics, build simple automation, and analyze data in spreadsheets while collaborating with sales across South America. Fluent English is required, with Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Formación

• 1–3 years hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Proven multi-channel campaign experience (email, SMS, social).
• Able to create workflows with Zapier or Make.
• Basic design/video skills; provide at least two samples.
• Strong Excel/Sheets data analysis skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot or High Level.
• Keep social channels active and on-brand.
• Build and maintain a 30-day content calendar.
• Design graphics and edit short videos in Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
• Automate busywork and connect HubSpot, Salesforce, and others.
• Track results in Excel/Google Sheets and share insights.
• Collaborate with sales reps in South America; create process docs.
