Hire Hangar is seeking a Training & Onboarding Specialist to empower marketing teams to adopt a modern workflow automation platform. You will guide customers from first login to confident usage, running onboarding programs, leading sessions, and creating practical resources.

This role suits someone with marketing operations or customer success background, who is comfortable with SQL and Python, and passionate about teaching and enabling clients to succeed.

Formación

• 2+ years in marketing operations, onboarding, or enablement in SaaS or agencies.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM/automation platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (required).
• Strong communication and client-facing training experience.
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Passion for teaching and helping clients succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver onboarding and training programs for enterprise clients.
• Lead workshops and cohorts to master workflows.
• Translate technical concepts into practical guidance for marketing users.
• Build enablement playbooks to support long-term adoption.
• Support clients with CRM workflows, campaign automation, and reporting.
