Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and software usage.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine actions.
