Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support in a phone-based environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting software/SaaS products and CRMs.
• Experience delivering live demos or walkthroughs is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, accounts, and workflows.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demos.
• Investigate root causes and communicate solutions clearly.
• Maintain CRM notes and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
