Uptalent.Io is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our 100% remote team. You will support contractors using our SaaS platform, guide customers through workflows, perform platform demonstrations, and troubleshoot technical issues with a customer-first approach.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing tech support, strong English skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Experience with CRM tools and Excel is a plus, and you will work across GoHighLevel/HubSpot

Competenze

• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs for customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Tech-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Strong verbal and written communication; clear explanations
• Proactive attitude and ownership in handling customer issues

Mansioni

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality and account setup
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine actions
• Own customer issues from contact to resolution, escalate when needed
• Follow up to ensure solutions are effective and satisfactory
• Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM
• Identify patterns and communicate findings to relevant teams
