Grow Up Hr is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a fully remote role targeting contractors in the U.S. The position blends customer service with technical troubleshooting, platform demonstrations, and account management to ensure a smooth user experience.

You will work with GoHighLevel and HubSpot, learn new tools quickly, and communicate complex concepts clearly to customers with varying technical knowledge.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, or CRM systems.
• Experience delivering live platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions, or customer training.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and provide timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit filings.
• Demonstrate platform features and guide customers through workflows and processes.
