Job summary

Buenos Aires World Tech Recruiting in Argentina is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a remote SaaS role focused on SQL. You will work in live production environments, troubleshooting across database, application, and infrastructure layers, with hours aligned to US Pacific Time.

You’ll gain exposure to Azure, SQL Server, .NET, and Angular, collaborate with engineers and clients, and move from traditional support toward technical problem solving and potential growth into DevOps-adjacent

Qualifications

3+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS/software environment.
Strong SQL skills and the ability to troubleshoot using live data.
Experience supporting web-based applications in production.
Ability to troubleshoot across database, application, and network layers.
Comfortable working with remote servers via RDP.
Strong English communication skills—you’ll interact directly with clients.
A self-starter mindset—you take initiative, don’t wait for direction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers.
Investigate system issues using SQL queries and monitor production environments.
Collaborate with engineering to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Explain technical problems to clients and provide clear remediation steps.
Improve documentation and internal processes during quieter periods.
