Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S. They seek a Customer Support Representative to be the first contact for customers, primarily via phone, and to help keep projects moving.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration, with full-time remote work and ongoing product training. Strong English, Excel skills, and CRM familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in a phone-based or call center environment, in English.
• Full fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Resolve questions on permit status, document uploads, account setup and billing.
• Use critical thinking when situations fall outside existing processes.
• Take ownership and escalate when needed, follow up to confirm resolution.
• Log interactions in the CRM and maintain knowledge of platform workflows.
