The role bridges client onboarding and internal operations, ensuring configurations, workflows, and reporting are accurate before and after go-live. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and comfortable navigating multiple platforms to deliver a smooth client implementation experience in a fully remote, US-time-zone

Qualifications

• Experience in client implementation, operations analysis, or technical onboarding in a BPO/outsourcing setting.
• Strong analytical capabilities across multiple data sources and systems.
• Experience building reports, trackers, and client-facing documentation.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and data organization.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.
• Prior remote work experience and familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Support setup of new B2B client accounts, including configurations and tool integrations.
• Coordinate with onboarding, IT, and operations to capture and implement requirements.
• Build and maintain implementation trackers, status reports, and client docs.
• Perform pre-launch audits and quality checks against client specs.
• Monitor post-launch data and flag anomalies to internal teams.
• Document processes and contribute to onboarding playbooks and SOPs.
• Provide data-driven reporting on timelines, bottlenecks, and outcomes to leadership.
