Deel is seeking an Implementation Manager leader to coach and grow a global team of Implementation Managers. You will resolve escalations, drive feature adoption, and partner with Sales, SAM, Support, Product and Engineering to improve the customer journey.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SaaS professional services or implementation, 2+ years leading a team, and fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese. Fintech or HR tech experience and remote-work readiness are a plus.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English AND (Spanish or Portuguese)
• 5+ years of SaaS experience in professional services or implementation
• 2+ years of professional experience leading a team; passion for coaching and growing people
• Relentless prioritisation and time management
• Unwavering energy to help your team and customers
• Fintech or HR tech experience

Responsabilidades

• Develop Implementation Managers through hands-on coaching and mentorship
• Successfully resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction and positive relationships
• Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices
• Continuously evaluate, improve, and streamline internal processes for increased simplicity and efficiency
• Support hiring & onboarding of new Implementation Managers
• Track, monitor & continuously improve performance on key metrics & KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Support to create a seamless customer journey
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve product functionality based on customer feedback in Implementation
