Dev.Pro is a global remote-first IT services company hiring in Latin America. In this role you will lead delivery across multiple engineering teams for a major outsourcing account, ensuring high-quality execution and strong client relationships.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for 100+ specialists, guide managers and Team Leads, and advance delivery excellence while traveling internationally 3-4 times per year.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management within software outsourcing.
• Experience managing large multi-team engineering organizations (100+ specialists).
• Advanced understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience in IT outsourcing or managed services with budgets, forecasting, and P&L.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery stability by maintaining workflows and KPIs.
• Oversee quality control to meet technical expectations and delivery standards.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through reliable service delivery and proactive communication.
• Identify and elevate delivery risks early, coordinate corrective actions, and support client growth initiatives.
• Oversee daily team operations, providing guidance and support to 4-5 direct reports.
• Proactively manage team performance by setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
