Formación

• Proven ability to build durable client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Quantitatively inclined with ability to draw insights from data.
• Experience in fast-growth startups, payroll, consulting, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and foster relationships with client accounts as part of our growth function
• Build relationships and navigate clients through their Deel experience journey
• Train clients on Deel processes and platform usage to meet their needs
• Lead client interactions with product adoption and future growth in mind
• Strengthen relationships, solve challenges and reduce churn
• Become a trusted partner to accounts and deliver solutions as a mini project manager
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Strategic CSMs and onboarding managers to grow Deel
• Advocate for Deel and relay customer insights to Revenue and product teams
