Ailet is seeking a Head of Client Service Department in LATAM to build and run a remote, client-centric service for major FMCG/Retail clients across the region. You will shape the customer success strategy, coordinate with product and tech teams, and drive retention and growth.

Strong leadership, English and Spanish fluency are required; Portuguese is a plus. This role offers international exposure and the flexibility of remote work within LATAM.

Formación

• Experience in customer-centric service strategies for B2B SaaS/enterprise clients.
• Proven leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and resources.

Responsabilidades

• Build, implement, and run a LATAM client-oriented service for large CPG/Retail clients.
• Define and execute customer success strategy to enable regional growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and adoption of Ailet solutions.
