Job summary

Owner.Com is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional for a remote contractor role. The candidate will optimize CRM configurations (Salesforce, HubSpot), manage revenue tools, and improve workflows across SaaS environments to ensure accurate data and actionable reporting.

You will build processes, create documentation, and support adoption of new tools, driving operational efficiency and revenue outcomes for a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management.
• Experience with at least two revenue tools outside CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong operational judgement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create clear documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
