Getwingapp is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM workflows, improve data accuracy, and build reporting across SaaS environments.

You will configure Salesforce or HubSpot, manage revenue tools, and create clear process guidelines. Strong communication and hands-on problem solving are essential to drive adoption and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
