Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines. This role is fully remote, supporting recruiting efforts across the Americas.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn). You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a fair, inclusive selection process and a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates using job boards and social media.
• Working knowledge of ATS such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday or Greenhouse.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications, experience and fit.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand needs and ensure a fair, inclusive process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle and deliver a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
