Kelly Services is a global staffing firm seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment across the Americas in a fully remote role. The position requires sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an inclusive, efficient process.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, accurate record-keeping in Bullhorn, and ongoing metrics reporting.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume roles.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience using ATS (Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure fair selection.
• Manage candidate communications and maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Support recruiting metrics and build talent pipelines.
