Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business lines for high-volume hiring. This fully remote role covers the Americas and involves coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards and social networks, maintain candidate records in Bullhorn/ATS, and help drive recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.

Formación

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume or operational hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, or ATS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn/ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair and inclusive process.
• Manage candidate communications and document recruitment activity.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics.
