Kelly is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines. This fully remote role serves the Americas with work aligned to Pacific Standard Time.

You'll source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair, inclusive selection process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Working knowledge of ATS systems such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Manage a high-volume workload of 15-20 active requisitions while supporting 2-3 client accounts simultaneously.
• Maintain a consistent hiring cadence, supporting 5+ candidate starts per week while meeting quality and service level expectations.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's ATS Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
