Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment across multiple business lines. This fully remote role spans the Americas and requires coordinating with Hiring Managers to deliver a fair, inclusive candidate experience.

Required: 1–2 years in recruiting, bilingual Spanish/English, and ATS experience with Bullhorn, Avature, Workday or Greenhouse. You will source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse) to manage candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications, experience and fit, partnering with hiring managers.
