Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business lines. This fully remote role requires sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, and Bullhorn while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an inclusive, fair process.

You will build talent pipelines, maintain candidate communications, and contribute to continuous process improvement with recruiting metrics.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably for high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills required.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media and referrals.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse or similar).
• Strong communication, organization and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on delivering an inclusive candidate experience and data-driven recruiting metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple lines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and ensure fairness.
• Maintain candidate communications and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS and assist with recruiting metrics.
