The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fast-paced tech or SaaS recruitment, strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, and solid screening and interview guidance skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Own recruitment process from outreach to offers.
• Direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong initial screening and behavioural evaluation.
• Excellent communication and judgment in candidate assessment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles a plus.
• Experience with ADP or similar ATS.
• Efficiently manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to assess fit.
• Guide candidates through interview process and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing.
