BairesDev is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions from a 100% remote LatAm base. You will own pipelines from alignment to offer, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to source and screen top candidates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fast-paced tech environments, proven ability to drive processes, and strong interview/training skills to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech/SaaS environments.
• Own recruitment processes from outreach to offer stage.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong screening and behavioral evaluation experience.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Marketing/GTM roles is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS including ADP.

We are looking for a hands‑on, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.

In this role, you will take ownership of assigned recruitment pipelines—from initial hiring manager alignment through to offer rollout. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who has built a strong sourcing and screening foundation and is ready to independently drive search processes while making a direct impact on our regional growth.

100% Remote ( Latam based)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands‑on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast‑paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Hands‑on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioural evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.
• Hands‑on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP.
• Strong organisational skills, self‑motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
