Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills who also takes ownership of manual testing for our desktop and mobile applications. Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, investigate failures, and ensure reliable quality across platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience with Gherkin and BDD practices.
• Proficiency with modern automation frameworks and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with QA tooling and backend testing.
• Understanding of API, UI, and data validation testing.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts for core features.
• Manually test software against defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Document feature behavior with clear reports.
• Log pass/fail conditions and link to bugs.
• Identify quality risks and elevate them.
• Collaborate with product to ensure quality in SDLC.
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams for feedback.
• Estimate effort and assist planning.
• Maintain automation repositories in GitHub.
