Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automation and manual testing for desktop and mobile applications. You will build and maintain test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and ensure high-quality product releases.

Responsibilities include hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing, collaborating with developers on testability, and selecting manual or automated coverage based on risk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software QA.
• 3+ years in automated testing.
• Proficient in Gherkin for BDD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building Quality Engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts for core features.
• Manually test software for validation against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests.
• Document feature behavior with detailed notes.
• Record pass/fail criteria and link to bugs.
• Identify risks to product quality and processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure SDLC quality.
• Involve customer teams to incorporate user feedback.
