QualityAI is seeking a QA Engineer to join our growing team in Argentina. This remote role involves manual testing of software applications, developing and executing test scripts from User Stories, and performing regression testing to safeguard functionality.

You will contribute to test plans, documentation, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manual testing experience, solid knowledge of testing

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute test scripts based on project User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and specifications.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure changes and updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
• Provide input into the design and improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to gain clarity on User Stories.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to locate the necessary test data, and/or create new or modify existing data.
