QualityAI in Argentina is seeking a skilled Manual QA Analyst to join our growing team. The role focuses on rigorous manual testing to ensure software quality and reliability, with collaboration across developers, analysts, and project managers to identify defects and improve processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of manual testing experience, a solid grasp of testing methodologies, and a keen eye for detail, able to learn new applications quickly and contribute to Agile ceremonies.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manual Tester or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and improvements.
• Develop and execute test scripts based on User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and document defects and retest fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure changes do not affect existing functionality.
• Create and maintain test documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Test edge cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to gain clarity on User Stories.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and gather feedback on test cases.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Locate test data and create or modify data.
• Perform back end data driven testing.
