Upgrade is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our fully remote team across Argentina or Brazil. You will own automated and functional testing across a range of products to ensure a seamless banking experience, collaborating with product teams and participating in design reviews.

You will develop test strategies, leverage AI tools for test plans, and create disposable environments to test microservices, while maintaining production readiness and fast-paced delivery.

Formación

• Experience building test automation in Java using Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience deploying services in Kubernetes with ArgoCD and Jenkins.
• Proficient in Docker, Playwright, and headless browser testing.
• Familiar with log aggregators such as SumoLogic or Kibana.
• Strong ability to automate tests and deliver high‑quality features.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop test automation at the pace of feature development using AI tools and our frameworks.
• Create feature test plans and knowledge stores to streamline automation use by developers.
• Define AI workflows to enable testing of new features with existing automation tests.
• Execute functional/performance tests in disposable environments for microservices.
• Deploy infrastructure and code changes from development to production.
• Analyze logs and reproduce production issues in non-production environments.
• Collaborate with QA platform to validate features and automate tests.
