QualityAI in Argentina is seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our growing team with remote work options. You will perform manual testing, develop and execute test scripts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.

The role emphasizes thorough testing, regression checks, Agile participation, and creating test documentation. Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of manual testing experience and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manual Tester or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute test scripts based on User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Identify and document defects and retest after fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and project managers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure changes do not impact existing functionality.
• Create and maintain test documentation including plans, scripts and reports.
