AgileEngine is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills and manual testing ownership for desktop and mobile apps. Build regression tests, run CI/CD pipelines, and ensure quality across the SDLC.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, leverage Gherkin for BDD, and participate in on-call rotation. Remote-friendly with hybrid options and competitive USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software quality assurance.
• 3+ years in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Holistic quality mindset.
• Gherkin for behavior-driven development.
• Prompt and harness engineering experience.
• Agentic Quality Engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Document feature behavior in detail.
• Log pass/fails and link to bugs.
• Highlight risks to product quality.
• Collaborate with product to ensure QA across SDLC.
• Work with customer teams to incorporate feedback into testing.
• Assist in refinement and effort estimation.
• Maintain automation repos in GitHub and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
