Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automation and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with developers to improve testability and quality.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and testing Electron/React Native apps on real devices, plus an interest in AI-assisted QA processes.

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO for web/mobile.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands‑on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
