Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing across our fintech platforms. You will build and maintain automated test suites, contribute to the QA strategy, and ensure high-quality releases through robust testing approaches.

Responsibilities include integrating tests into CI/CD, investigating failures, and collaborating with developers to improve testability. Experience with AI-assisted QA tools is a plus.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation, plus hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
