Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to lead desktop and mobile testing across our wallet and fintech platforms. The role emphasizes building robust test automation, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and owning manual and exploratory testing to ensure quality across releases.

You will collaborate with developers and product teams to define testability criteria, perform functional and regression testing, and select optimal coverage strategies based on risk.

• 4+ years in QA automation with manual and exploratory testing experience.

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
