Tether is hiring an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation and manual testing across our apps. You will build robust automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, and drive reliability of critical user flows.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on Playwright and Appium experience, and familiarity with Electron/React Native testing on real devices. AI-assisted QA experience is a plus, and you will work remotely with a global team.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation with manual testing experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on real devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating AI outputs.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
