Job summary

Accenture is seeking Proposal Management professionals to support the development of high-quality, compliant sales proposals. You will work with sales teams, subject matter experts, graphic designers and writers, coordinating content, timelines and deliverables throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposal management, bid management, pre‑sales or related area.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, activities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support medium-to-large sales opportunities throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Review RFx requirements and create compliant response outlines, trackers and schedules.
• Coordinate proposal timelines, milestones, reviews, production and delivery activities.
• Facilitate collaboration among sales teams, subject matter experts and proposal contributors.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars and proposal-related activities.
• Track requirements, deliverables and team progress.
• Research and source content with subject matter experts and content teams.
• Work with graphic designers to develop templates and ensure final responses are formatted.
• Help ensure proposal content addresses client requirements and win themes.
• Support development and production of RFx responses, presentations and other pursuit materials.
• Facilitate digital collaboration and content development.
