Job summary

Octave is seeking a Senior Proposals Management Administrator to join our Americas proposal management team. The role involves document creation using Word templates, coordinating with Sales, Services, Legal, and Finance to finalize proposals, and updating Salesforce as work moves through stages.

You will manage deadlines, assess risks, and review SOWs, technical proposals, and RFx responses, ensuring timely and compliant submissions across the Americas including South America and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposals management and RFx responses.
• Strong writing/editing skills with a focus on technical content.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word templates and content coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create documents using Word templates and coordinate with technical resources.
• Manage timelines, deadlines, and communication across Sales, Services, Legal, and Finance.
• Coordinate content development and document builds from templates.
• Review and edit statements of work, technical proposals, and RFx responses.
• Analyze risks that may affect execution assumptions.
• Maintain timelines and responsibility matrices; finalize proposal documents.
• Prioritize requests and allocate to appropriate resources; update Salesforce.
