Job summary

Octave is seeking a Senior Proposals Management Administrator to join our Americas team. You will manage large-scale proposal content, coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance, and ensure timely delivery of RFx responses for South America and Mexico. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese with working English is required.

You will edit and assemble proposals, review statements of work, and maintain content in Salesforce while prioritizing requests and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or technical writing.
• Experience preparing proposals and technical documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Create documents using Word templates and coordinate with technical content teams.
• Review statements of work and technical proposals for accuracy.
• Coordinate response teams and manage RFx responses.
• Maintain timelines and deadlines, updating Salesforce as needed.
• Prioritize requests and distribute to appropriate resources.
