Novo is seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to manage accounts payable for a portfolio of properties. The role emphasizes timely month-end close, accurate financial records, and collaboration with Property Managers and leadership, all in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities include vendor setup, weekly invoice processing, manual check postings, and Conservice support for utility billing. The position offers flexible hours and remote work from Argentina.

Formación

• Professional accounts payable experience
• Vendor setup and invoice processing
• Ability to post manual checks and record payments
• Experience paying vendor or utility bills online
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Clear written communication and self-motivation in a remote team

Responsabilidades

• Add new vendors to the accounting system and maintain vendor records
• Review, prepare and release weekly invoice payments
• Post manual checks to the system and ensure timely recording of payments
• Assist with Conservice tasks, tracking utility bills and onboarding properties
• Process online utility payments and track due dates to avoid late fees
• Support contractor payments in USD
• Work with flexible hours and fully remote setup
