Overseas is seeking a Virtual Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a diverse portfolio. The role requires full fluency in English and Spanish, with responsibilities spanning tenant communications, leasing coordination, and vendor management.

You will handle maintenance coordination, multi-entity accounting, and utilize AI tools to streamline workflows while working in a fully remote setup. This position offers a global remote environment and US Pacific-time alignment.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken is required.
• Experience in property management, real estate operations, or closely related roles.
• Fundamental understanding of multi-entity accounting across multiple properties or business entities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple items.
• Comfortable handling difficult tenant conversations professionally and calmly.

Responsabilités

• Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, text, email, and WhatsApp in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-up through to resolution.
• Source and manage vendors for repairs and renovations.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit turnovers; assist with rent collection.
• Keep property management software and internal systems accurate and up to date.
