Stayd Collective is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to own the AP cycle from invoice intake through payment and reconciliation. You will handle all vendor bills across our portfolio, ensure accurate coding, and maintain audit-ready records.

You will work daily in Guesty and QuickBooks Online, coordinating with the Accounting Manager. This role emphasizes accuracy, vendor management, and timely payments in a remote, international setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, 5+ years preferred with US/Canada/UK-based employer.
• 2+ years of property management or vacation rental accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and high-volume AP handling.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily vendor Accounts Payable transactions.
• Post reimbursable operating expenses in QuickBooks Online.
• Code invoices to property, entity and expense accounts accurately.
• Distinguish owner-billable vs company costs for chargebacks.
• Manage AP inbox and approval workflow; prepare payment runs.
• Complete monthly vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare A/P accruals and support month-end close.
• Assist with annual audits and financial reporting.
