Oasis, a leading hospitality company, is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist. The role is part-time and remote, with required base in Buenos Aires for occasional office time. You will ensure accurate and timely vendor payments and maintain clear communication on payment schedules.

You'll handle invoices, monitor the AP inbox, and help with other finance tasks. The position involves on-call support for guest-related payment issues and monthly in-person collaboration with the finance team.

Formación

• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Proactive in following up on items.
• Willing to learn about vacation rental industry.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and payments timely.
• Communicate payment timelines with vendors.
