Pearster is seeking a Senior Accountant to support international clients from LATAM, with full-time remote work. The role focuses on general ledger, closing processes, and financial reporting to ensure compliant, accurate records.

The candidate should bring 5+ years of accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, and strong Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/QuickBooks) and US GAAP or IFRS is highly valued. English proficiency needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or audit support experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement prep.
• Experience with external auditors and cross-functional stakeholders in Finance/Settlement.
• Advanced Excel skills; automation/AI tool experience is desirable.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher, able to collaborate regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheet accounts, and other accounting reports per GAAP.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate variances and outstanding items.
• Review and validate journal entries for accuracy and integrity.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with timely financial information.
• Analyze results, identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment.
