Job summary

Formulated Automation is assisting a US-based travel marketplace in their search for a Staff Accountant or Senior Bookkeeper focusing on accounts payable and payments. The role begins with managing vendor bills, AP and monthly reconciliations, and gradually expanding to host/operator payment preparation.

Role is fully remote for Latin America with a 40-hour week, reporting to the Accounting Manager and collaborating with the VP of Finance to ensure accurate ledgers and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or staff accounting.
• Experience preparing vendor payments and reconciling accounts.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred, other ERPs also relevant.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor bills and contractor payments; code and post.
• Reconcile Ramp and NetSuite activity monthly; maintain bank feeds.
• Prepare payment batches for hosts and operators (multi-currency).
• Support month-end close and audit schedules; update procedures as needed.
