Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Product Design Intern who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, eager to learn and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ship user-centric work across web and mobile.

You’ll design intuitive interfaces, contribute to the design system in Figma, explore motion details, and leverage AI to enhance productivity and research. The role offers remote-friendly engagement and pathways for growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Hands-on UI/UX or product design experience (internships, coursework, freelance, or personal projects).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and research.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly features across Sezzle’s platforms.
• Create wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and interaction flows.
• Contribute to the design system with reusable Figma components.
• Ensure consistency of design language and branding across components.
• Participate in user research and testing to inform iteratio n.
• Present design work and rationale to the team and stakeholders.
