AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL skills, plus experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources.

English level should be upper-intermediate. Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams, contributing to scalable analytics and data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based sources.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytics needs.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data and source structures.
• Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic layer → Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics usage.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs and technical solutions.
