Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI dashboard development, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, with upper-intermediate English.

The position operates in an Agile environment with distributed teams, offering remote/work-from-office flexibility and the opportunity to work on

Qualifications

4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Upper-intermediate English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Coordinate data availability with IT and data-source owners.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and consistency.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
