Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable business insights. This role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You'll design and maintain dashboards, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and work in an Agile, distributed environment with remote and office options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPIs, and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models, KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Provide guidance on effective visualization and data-driven decision making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed and remote teams.
