AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and familiarity with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders, design scalable analytics, and ensure data quality across the data platform and reporting layers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and understand data sources.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics instead of isolated reports.
• Provide guidance on data visualization to support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
